Hello everybody!! Hope you have an awesome Valentine's this weekend =) I'm gonna be on a horribly long plane ride to Auckland. Yipee for me! *rolls eyes*

Sorry for the lack of updates, been busy being a bummer, spending money, wasting time, partying, lazing in the sun, meeting up with old friends and packing. Will be back with some ossum pics soon!

Today we visit Tam Coc in Hanoi, which is basically a lake, where you take a 1-hour sampan ride around, taking in the beautiful scenery.

Tam Coc is really beautiful. It's really hot though cos you're sitting under the sun, so bring a hat or sunblock with you!

So our guide told us that the villagers take numbers and wait for their turn to row tourists around so this is their side job. They only get to row around once every three months. Kesian la, tip more if you visit pls. Oh, and also, at some point there are going to be people asking you to buy food and drinks for your "drivers". Just buy la, it's not like it would be expensive if you convert it to your currency =)

Today, we go on a cyclo ride around the streets of Hanoi! *cough* ultimate tourist trap *cough* I liked it because you get to see the city, different kinds of people and things without killing your feet =X
You have to be careful because people might snatch your things as the ride is pretty slow.. I was pretty traumatized because there were cars honking everywhere when they almost hit me. *_* (Plus, I feel kind of sorry for the man who can to cycle my fat ass around town.. *cough* extra tips *cough* Haha!)

The other day I was at Subway with Trix and CD. So I bought my food and walked to the table, placing my tray on the table beside me, and start talking to my friends. After five minutes:

I moved the tray of course. But wtf. She didn't have to talk like she is a pretty bitch. She was not even pretty lo!

More on Penang! =D This is the Pinang Peranakan Mansion which is situated really near Little India =D
Peranakan or Baba Nyonya is a term for people who are Chinese and Malay. This mansion is perserved to give you a glimpse of how they used to live. Of course, this particular house was owned by a wealthy person!

The guide told us that the bricks are 117 years old, from China. When it gets hot, the bricks become cold (I guess it's good because the inside of the house doesn't feel hot?)

We went to the Penang Botanical Garden =D This is a canon ball tree. You will see it the moment you walk into the garden. They smell really nice and the flowers are really pretty too =)

Penang! =D There was some problems before we set off on this trip, people couldn't make it, blah blah blah, but in the end we just said "Fuck it. We are GOING!" and off we went! I went with a Canon Ixus 950 and left my baby at home, a decision which I REALLY regretted after that =(
Stayed at Sandy Beach Resort. This is the view from our suite =D The second room we stayed it had an even nicer view and I'll tell you why we changed rooms when we get to that =)

Place to cook and wash the dishes. Needless to say, it was not used throughout the trip. Except when someone *cough* saw their dinner again.

I guess you can say I am very blur because I had no idea I was going to be leaving the airport in Germany until... well until I got my ticket. I was dressed in shorts and slippers and all ready for warm and sunny Malaysia when I was told that it is 9 degrees celcius in Germany. Yea. Imagine the pained look on my face.

Wheee! This view is even more awesome than the flight to Athens! =D Ok. Olympic Airlines? Sucks balls. It's even worse than Air Asia. Scared the fuck out of me.

To go up, you can take a tram which costs 6 Euros or walk up a few hundred steps. Being the super fit person that I am, I opted to pay 6 Euros. *rolls eyes*

This was taken at the BEAUTIFULLLLLL Byzantine Estate in Athens, Greece. The place is beautiful, really. However, I was so fucking cold in my paper thin Greecian dress so I resorted to white wine to warm up. On an empty stomach. Which resulted in me being very "happy" =D What to do? From Chin family comes many "jiu kong" ma =P It's not my fault lo, waiters walking around with wine I cannot resist! =P

This picture looks like a painting =D It's a private mansion cum small museum so you can walk around and appreciate the place (which I did while mildly intoxicated. Hence the crooked picture. Haha!) At the end of the night, I don't even know where that leaf thingie on my head went. I remember holding it in my hand, and then... it just disappeared! Like magic! =O

Stayed at the Divani Caravel. It's supposed to be a five star hotel. The outside(reception, resaurant and everything) is all good but our room was kind of disappointing *_*. Hot chefs though =D (Except the old one who was probably saying something vulgar to me because I don't understand his language. Ass. =P)

Decided to walk from the hotel to Monastiraki Square instead of the tram so that we get to actually see what the city is like. It seems quite pleasant and safe to walk around to me.

Sudah bertahun-tahun saya tidak menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu. Hari ini, saya akan memalukan diri saya dengan cara ini.

Hari ini, saya berasa bahawa saya mesti menjimat duit kerana saya tidak bertahi berlian (I don't shit diamonds!). Oleh sebab itu, saya pergi berparkir kereta dalam tempat RM3. Tetapi apabila saya membelok kedalam parkir itu, ia mula berhujan dengan lebat sekali. Pukima. Saya bergesa keluar daripada kereta saya dengan payung tetapi bas sekolah sudah pun bertolak. Ini menyebabkan saya terpaksa duduk di dalam hujan selama lima belas minit. Nasib baik saya sedang memakai selipar FOS saya yang hanya bernilai Rm9.90. Kalau saya memakai kasut Ninewest adik saya, dia mesti akan tendang buntut saya ke Afrika. Selepas sampai di kampus sekolah, saya terserempak dengan orang kiasu yang memang saya tidak suka. Sudahpun saya basah kuyup, tetapi masih hendak berdepan dengan orang yang ingin saya tumbuk. Pukima babi guling.

Kesimpulannya, hari ini sangat malang sekali!

Went to eat at Waroeng Penyet @ The Curve with Trish on Sunday. Can't say I liked it very much but then again, I've never really liked Indonesian food. The last time I ate at a food court in Indoneisia I ended up puking and having diarrhoea at the same time.
One exception would be this restaurant called Bebek Bengil I went to in Bali. MmMmMm... The surroundings was great too. It was surrounded by padi fields(I think) and coconut trees and their "tables" were little comfy elevated pondoks with tables in them that are located far apart from each other so customers get their privacy. MmMmMm.)

I ordered what I thought was avocado juice but I got avocado+chocolate juice. Tasted kind of weird!
I just interviewed a financial controller for my assignment. The thing is, who would talk about office politics if they know they will be named? Haha!
